Not enough room? Each unit also has a half basement.  If you choose the first-floor home you have the option to expand your unit into a duplex and use the front part of the basement.  As a second floor owner you’ll have a separate, private entrance to the basement, providing you with a great space for a home office, hobby room, or simply extra storage!
