The condominium units have a variety of styles and room layouts to best accommodate the lot size and existing buildings styles on the block.

There are two and three bedroom homes and choices for the floor plans.  You can choose an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, dining, and living room into one large space or you can choose the more traditional Chicago apartment layout with a rear kitchen.
