At HHDC Homes, we know that self-managing a small condo association is a time consuming process. That’s why we’ve combined all the Park Residences @ Garfield addresses into one homeowner association called “Park Residences Townhomes.”

What does this mean to you as a homeowner?

• A professional manager will collect assessments for costs such as water bills, common utility bills, and building insurance – and keep reports to the IRS and State of Illinois current.
• Your reserve account for future major repairs will be professionally managed.
• Disputes with other owners can be professionally mediated.

As a homeowner, you’ll be expected to maintain your property in cooperation with your neighbors, as any homeowner must do. Common areas on the inside and outside of the property will be your responsibility to maintain and repair.

Through the homeowner association you will have a chance to meet other owners, make friends and help make your neighborhood a better place to live.
