At HHDC Homes, we know that self-managing a small condominium association is a time consuming process. That’s why we’ve combined all the Logan Square addresses into one homeowner association called “Logan Square Townhomes,” and all Humboldt Park addresses comprising an association called “Humboldt Park Townhomes.”

What does this mean to you as a homeowner?

• A professional manager will collect assessments for costs such as water bills, common utility bills, and building insurance – and keep reports to the IRS and State of Illinois current.
  
• Your reserve account for future major repairs will be professionally managed.
  
• Disputes with other owners can be professionally mediated.
  

As a homeowner, you’ll be expected to maintain your property in cooperation with your neighbors, as any homeowner must do. Common areas on the inside and outside of the property will be your responsibility to maintain and repair.

Through the homeowner association you will have a chance to meet other owners, make friends and enjoy your neighborhood.
