Description: Acquisition and rehabilitation of Palmer Square Apartments, consisting of 160 project-based Section 8 units located in six 3-story walk-up buildings originally renovated in 1980 the property’s rehabilitation will include window and heating
system replacement, masonry work and other repairs and will be funded with tax exempt bonds, 4% low income housing tax credits and other governmental assistance.

Address: 2118 1/2 N. Kedzie Boulevard. The property covers the block on Kedzie Boulevard between Palmer and Dickens.
